With a lot of these smaller gauge safes, they don't take them much anymore anyway. They get tools and cut the fuckers open.

Went to open my safe and the buttons werent making any sound. Hmmm.....the low batt never lit up. Take off the cover and never noticed that the 4 AA battery holder end is busted where the 9v type end on the holder is busted and they had it rigged. Guess I could leave it and have it were it doesnt work so only I know that.
Well shit. I had a perfect vid on youtube where a safe seller lets his guys break into a gun safe that is the thick door kind and how easy it is. They pretty much just use a 4ft + crow bar and bend the sides till they clear the locking rods. I think it took them 5 minutes or something. Also FYI. Just stay out of New Jersey. That state just needs to go. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ssing-gun.html |
VEPR's seem to have dropped way down on price. Could have sworn the .308 was almost double this.

That guy is such a dickbag.
Whoever buys his overpriced crap deserves what they get. |
Shouldn't be allowed to say you're a manufacture if you don't manufacture the material. Just call yourself a builder.
|
That'll be great. Probably uppers, lowers, and barrels from established manufacturers with a bunch of "attention getting" furniture that has his initials slapped all over and marked up accordingly.

I like the look of that stainless 1911, but would want to know how well it shoots and I doubt I want to know how much it costs.

That suppressor is horrible.
Don't give in to that cock gobbling douchebag. I don't even want to see that Why We Ride movie, because of the moron. I rather watch it before it was ripped off when it was known as Why They Ride and done on the Dragon. |

Piffle! Sounds like free magnum rounds to me! As long as you're using a bolt-action rifle! Wouldn't want to shoot those in a semi-auto pistol!

Guess I am Just doing another "Look at what I got " But so far February has been very good for me.
While I am not employed by them I sometime tune AK's for a local gun shop. Recently in appreciation they gave me this hand full of Goofy fun. http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps5wijebwc.jpg It is a Early SS Super Blackhawk with a Leupold 2x on it. Then for Valentines day My wife gave me this it is A SLR 106 F that I immeaditaly pulled the Furniture off of and had Cereakoted "Patriot Brown" http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...ps5wijebwc.jpg http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...psq4dcp6ee.jpg http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...psyotooluq.jpg |

This is something I just finished up for my 12 year old Niece's birthday. At Christmas her twin brother and I "built" his first rifle a AR in 22. After shooting it she was intrigued (if not jealous ) but being a twin she didn't want the same kind of rifle her brother had so I traded for this GSG Cerakoted it in Neon/Zombie Green and stenciled her name on it.
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...psguzytbqo.jpg I think she is going to love it. |
That's awesome for a kid!

What are the details and cost of that little beauty!? Might have to build one myself!

Kinda wish I did a trust so I could pass it on to the wife or future offspring without hassle. |
There are quite a few Canadian gun owners who are pissed at the RCMP, right now. They just declared the Swiss Arms PE-90 (aka the "Classic Green") is a prohibited weapon, more than 10 years after declaring it to by an unrestricted one (meaning that a simple acquisition/possession cert. was good enough to own it). Yes, that's right, they went from simple firearm, right past restricted weapon without collecting $200.00, to prohibited in one fell swoop.
That makes all PE-90s illegal, meaning that it's a charge under the Criminal Code (what you folks would call a felony) just for owning one. They must all be surrendered to local firearms officers, with no compensation given for a more than CAN$3000.00 rifle. It's not like there are many gang bangers converting them to full auto and using them in a drug war. |

I'm actually shocked. The Federal Government has come to the rescue of at least current owners, by grandfathering their weapons. They'll be banned from this point forward, but I'm glad to hear that previous legal owners won't be out thousands because of what seems to be a completely arbitrary decision on the part of our national police force.
*EDIT* Correction; it's just a 5 year amnesty. As of now they are still going to lose their guns. Just later, rather than immediately :( |
Quote:
5 years would seem pointless because (Papa correct me if I am wrong ) there is no legal method of selling those rifles. SO in essence the Government has announced "we are stealing your rifle in 5 years!" |

What's the total cost on average with the license, etc. to get a supressor? I've been thinking of getting one for my rifle. It's a .22 so the suppressor should be on the lower price end. Also, how often do you have to pay the government their blood money? Thanks!
|
My Thompson Machine ISIS-22 was only $275
Tax stamp was $200 So my TOTAL cost was only $475. No "License" at all. Not even sure what that's about. I did mine thru a "trust" document. Which is basically a piece of paper that has unlimited "trustee's" who all can have possession of the class III item as long as they're of legal age and aren't a criminal, which cost me nothing...dealer supplied the paperwork My next venture will be the Advanced Armament Tirant 9mm. It runs $695 (plus $200 tax stamp) |
[QUOTE=CasterTroy;533431] No "License" at all. Not even sure what that's about.
QUOTE] Tax stamp is what I meant. I couldn't get the right words in my head! Not uncommon these days! Thanks! |
I got a Silencer Co Spectre II waiting for me, it was about $300 something + $200 tax stamp.
I did mine as an indivdual instead of trust, really wish I would of went trust. |
I did all three of my suppressor's as a individual I may at some future point move them into a trust.
Day dreaming about a centerfire pistol can next |
Do you pay the tax stamp on every can?

Quote:

And unless you buy a purpose built all-in-one SBR/suppressor you get to buy (2) $200 stamps for one gun if you suppress an AR under 16" barrel length

Once you have the stamp...you have the stamp. It's a one shot per instance deal. You need to KEEP a COPY of that stamp with the classIII item at all times. A range will usually ask to see it if they see a suppressor, and of course the popo

Is the tax unconstintutional?

It's $200 per....fight it all you want. Take your stand, but as for me, I'll pay AND play :rockwoot: This isn't the battle I'm going out in a blaze of glory over. Again..NOT the blaze of glory I intend on going out in....not over cattle. If that's how YOU wanna go...by all means, head out there |
