Medical personnel have to go thru extensive training & certification before they can perform anything that breaks the skin - are ya tellin me they're going to train all FL LEO's as Paramedics?

no.. I imagine if they're going to have a judge on site to issue a warrant to take your blood they'll have an EMT or two to take it.

Now, if they could just get an office trailer, and impanel some jurors expressly for the gig, they could try and convict you right fucking on-site, and then just haul your monkey ass right off to prison.
