2 things this state does well: traffic fines and taxes.

That they do. What surprise dme with this is while the troopers were doing this upstate there wasnt a peep about NYC hwy patrol doing the same, making roadblocks just for bikes. These guys were impounding bikes like it was nothing, but a lot of people didnt have licenses and that sort of thing.

They'd have a feild day with an ABATE rally
