The 5th gen is a sweet ride. I'm smitten with the thing. A riding friend had 130,000 miles on his before a truck ran him off the road. The pic was taken from a tabletop tripod on a fence post at three different exposure levels, which lit the setting nicely, and accurately (as the eye sees it).

Agreed; damned nice shot. Never rule out a pocket camera, for getting a good landscape shot.

I definitely agree 5th gen > 6th gen. I like the FI, but right now I'm looking at a 3rd or 4th gen to go with my 1st gen.

Four, actually, once jtemple decides which one to use.

Me? I got nuthin'. I was hoping that there would be a courier bike at my niece's inception into the Forces Reserves, since it was held at a comm company, but no dice.
