If more people rode Motorcycles there WOULD be less traffic in the world...This doesn't take a genius to figure out that motorcycles take up less space and can fit in even smaller spaces.

So by attributing a "0" to motorcycles, they essentially released a study that shows if you reduce the amount of traffic on the road by 10%, it lessens the delay caused by congestion. Who could have seen that result coming?!?

But the person in marketing that decided to use this report as a pro-motorcycle piece rather than a "less traffic causes less traffic delays" deserves a cookie.
