Brick, stone, tile, drywall...

The first one found was the one with the cut wire. That was probably the result of the drywaller cutting out the outlet.

The other one, was the result of the dumb dumb not making sure ONE screw was tight. I have pulled the original permit. The inspector is now in business here - I am giving him the "opportunity" to come out and reinspect each covered outlet and switch to ensure there are no issues. With more than one, he is taking my offer :wink:
