And his voice commands attention as well. I still have this vivid memory of him carrying my friend Deborah across a street. Picked her up like feather and hoisted her in the air. People move out of his way. He's the only person I know that made an RC51 look like a 50. He's like Everest. Big, scary, and hard to climb without dying or being seriously injured. |

Yea well not impressing someone like you doesn't exactly hurt my feelings...It's funny but you made it off the peak alive didn't you? |

BTW I can see why he's so tough with a name like "Clary" Yeesh, was "Mortimer" already taken by his brother or something? Pictures can't measure anything really but I will say this, I don't want to fuck with anyone that is 6'4'' and 290 lbs unless I absolutely have no other choice and then the name of the game is strike first, go for blood and get the fuck out of there!!! There aren't any trophies or prize money awarded after a street fight so there's no reason to hang around. If I never have to strike or receive another blow for the rest of my life, that would be fine by me! Clary is welcome to the "Toughest Guy on TWFix" award. |
Meh, Apoc still didn't have anything on Speed's flying backspinning upside down roundhouse sidekick.

While I'd like to know too, it's likely best to give the info to Tigger and let him decide what he wants to do with it.

Tom is a crazy old fucker for sure...
This could have been averted if he didnt have to take a bus so far to get his weed! |
Funny how p-diddy lost his gangsta slang in the interview.

All the stupid details and bravado he throws onto his story does not change the events that occurred. The black gentleman admitted to starting the physical part of the confrontation. Thought it seems like they both seem to have selective memory of the events in question... |
And another thing, they keep mentioning how big Tom is.... He isn't that big at all. I'm alot bigger than that guy and I don't consider myself big at all.
|
Quote:
Every interview the guy who admits to consuming illegal drugs, has a criminal history and is apparantly nuts changes his story every interview. However...you are right. The guy who had few too many drinks and took things too far on the bus is obviously worth pointing fingers at because he chooses to be presentable when he's sober and on the radio. |

He is in Cali. How do you know his pot isn't legal? Racist. |
Like so many, the black guy gets somewhat stupid when he drinks, Tom is crazy all the time. I thought that it was a decent gesture on the black guy's part to admit fault and to apologize. Tom gets credit no matter what he says or does, I really don't understand it. There are some incredibly racist comments all over the internet calling the black guy a thug, monkey, Coolio, etc. Tom clearly asked that guy how much he'd charge him to shine his shoes, an insult to be sure. The black guy over reacted certainly but what would you expect? Do you think that it's prudent to ask random black people to shine your shoes? Of course not.
Heck, I just like that my "fairytale" story turned out to be somewhat true! AFAIK the black guy has no criminal record, was minding his own business, has no gang affiliations, didn't use a weapon, didn't steal the white guy's stuff, did throw the first blow, isn't a drug addict, was drunk and a bit stupid. Oh and apparently can articulate himself reasonable well when not drunk with a swollen face. |
Pity that we don't have video of what came before the physical altercation started, eh Tigger?

I meant from before that. What made the girls decide to start recording?

I guess that I just was somewhat disappointed that almost everyone here immediately jumped to the conclusion that the black man was at fault, was a young thug, and thus "got what he deserved"... :idk: |

What happened before the recording began is another issue. I don't know what happened. Unless you were there or have seen another recording of which I am unaware you don't know what happened either. I would be curious to see how the whole incident began. You seem to think I have made assumptions about how it began. I have not. |
I think that his main assumption about how it all began, is that it began at the precise moment that the girls started recording and that shoe shining comment was made. This is obviously an erroneous one.

If the shoe shining comment was the start of the situation, then the odds greatly favour it never having been recorded. Something made those girls start filming. That wasn't it. |

None of us know what was said prior to the shoe shine banter but we do know who walked up to the front of the bus and escalated the situation to a physical confrontation and it was the black guy...period. No matter what was said...he made the first physical contact and took an azz whipping for it. I'm still glad he did. :idk:
I think the older white guy is crazy and wouldn't want to be around him ever...he evidently is a trouble maker/instigator and off his rocker...bad combo. The black guy seems ok except for when you add alcohol...that probably goes for several members here too. Alcohol caused him to get an azz kicking on video by an old white guy...tough chit...it happens. Bottom line though...the black guy should not have walked up to the front of the bus and touched the crazy older white guy...he got what he deserved in this situation no matter what was said first before the video started rolling. Next... |

Quote:
I'm sorry I didn't mean to imply that you had stated that the black Guy was at fault, I was simply stating that I now blame him for the altercation. He certainly did get what he deserved and I hope for his sake that he has learned his lesson. I honestly do admire the fact that you have been able to avoid verbally provoked violence for your entire life. I'm not sure but I doubt many others can make such a claim, again I certainly can not. Again please accept my apology if I inadvertently misconstrued your comments, sir. That was not my intention. Thank you for your forbearance in this matter. |

Quite frankly they don't deserve my defense of them for the most part. |

Hey Tigger, fuck you blacky. I'm only 6' but I would still kick your ass. But not so much that you couldn't shine my shoes afterwards. Speaking of that, I'm saving a special pair of shoes for you to polish, they're black and orange leather. Damn, that's not even a worthy insult. Hard to kick a man when he's down I guess. |

Let me get one thing straight...people have verbally pizzed me off and I have thrown the first punch in an altercation before HOWEVER when I did...it was MY fault that the situation turned physical and IF I had gotten my azz handed to me...there would be no one to blame but me. :idk: I've also stated that I wouldn't want to be around the old white dude period...he comes off as an instigator and has a screw loose and I also said the black guy is probably an ok person to be around when he's not drinking so I sure am not taking sides due to race. I did say in an earlier post that I was glad to see that when the white guy started winning that other blacks didn't join in and help the black guy just because he's black and I still feel that way. I've seen it happen too many times in my life and I hate that chit. :idk: |
I don't agree with that Z06. There are situations where it should be perfectly acceptable to throw the first punch without being at fault.
Verbal threats are one. "Hey buddy, I'm gonna kick 'yer ass" *BAM!* Just depends on the situation. Someone grabs your wife's ass. *KERPLOW!* A dude pushes your kid down on purpose *BANG!* And so on. We've got to stop viewing violence with a no-tolerance outlook. |
Quote:
|
Quote:
Well we aren't really in disagreement...except maybe in your first example. If you threw the first punch then yes you made it physical and I've been guilty of that myself. Yes it does depend on the exact situation though. In your other examples...they touched your wife and they pushed your kid...that made it physical...not you for cold cocking them. :idk: |
Quote:
"Fightins commenced Ike, get to fightin' or get out" Punches are harder to dodge than you might think, always better to get the first one in if the situation warrants it. |

Quote:
I also said I've thrown the first punch...more than once but I also said that it was ME that actually made it physical. If I think for a second that you're about to come at me...I guarantee I'm not gonna just stand there...been there and done that and most likely will again. :idk: Again...it DOES depend on the situation. Oh yeah...punches are not harder to dodge than I might think...I've been hit more than once. Quote:

Talking in person is better than beating on this keyboard...things don't always come across the way one means them. I don't really think we're on opposite sides with this...again it just depends on the situation. |

Hey look, here's a hastily thrown together documentary on Epic Beard man.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODrgItRIAbo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCwyoyuq-No |
That dude is completely off his rocker.
|
Criminal History = check
Cokehead = check Living on public assistance (Welfare\Foodstamps\section 8 housing) = check Hero to the white man = lulz |
Well let that be a lesson to all. If you pick a fight with a random guy then he could:
a) ... have a gun and blow you away. ... or... b) ... be Epic Beard Man. |
