that's the way to do it.. mrs. mp tried to make me put the grille in storage before winter to which i replied are you out of your god damned mind? i can't go that long without grilling.. might have to buy a new cover come spring but it was fucked anyways..

We Did get that house I was talking about Earlier In this Thread...They Guy Took 10k Off The Asking Price (Or should I say we offered him our higehest offer which was 10k less than asking)

But I started out asking 181 and worked my way up...

Either way I got a good deal...Settlement is Jan 28th!!!
