Have you heard a 1125 with a drummer?

Not in person. Only vid. But I'll take the racket of a push rod twin over water cooled any day.

Why's that? Other than the ease of working on it... Just curious...

For sound... Can't speak for Marko, but for me it's just a cleaner sound... All intake and exhaust - pure suck, bang, blow.

Beyond that, I like the fact that they don't rev to the moon... Don't need that shit... Power when I need it, everywhere in the rev range, torquey, tractable...

I'd say the thing I miss most about my Buell is the belt... Maintenance free, not drive lash... Which is HUGE... Ride a Buell all day and get on another bike... It'll almost feel like something's wrong with it...

There's no cush drive on my TE630. Talk about drive lash!

This pretty much sums up my thoughts completely. Well done, sir. Bottom line from my previous comment is I just prefer how the air cooled push rod twin sounds.

Having a bike who's maintenance regimen consists of add gas, change fluids, replace brake pads ain't too bad either...
