one shop I was working at took in a Ducati trade in, it was a Multistrada. if you felt the seat with your hand it felt like a jell seat but once you sat on it, it felt like a board.

m stock Honda seat is comfy as hell - I never have issues even spending 18-20 hours on it in a day...maybe it's my custom butt that makes the difference

I have no butt padding, but I have a sargent seat. Although I would say it could use a tad more padding.

The seat size is what I think makes it more comfortable.

500 something.......from SF to SD. Sucked because something on my helmet was producing a whistling noise that never seemed to bother me until that trip.
