Well I bought a vinyl cutter and started using the pen to test some of the designs I want to cut. Made my first cut last night and it came out decent with the exception of the smaller cuts didn't work. Anyone else out there do any vinyl cutting and offer any advice?

Safety goggles.

For the smaller cuts that dont go through, you should still have an outline of where it should have cut, use a small hobby knife to get the edges and corners. Also if it is a 90 degree corner that doesnt quite get the corner, when you set the plotter, make it go past the intersection point by a few mm with each line.

I can go on for a while with tips, I worked in a vinyl shop for a while a few years ago, any specific questions feel free to let me know.

These new stickers are about 6 in x 2 in. I can make larger sizes but thats about as small as these can go due to the circle and .com. These will cost different than the old ones. If you want a sticker with just TwoWheelFix.com or the circle logo, pm me and we can work out a price. Since I will be doing these myself, it will take a bit longer cause I am still learning and weeding is tough.

Right now I have blue, green, red, orange, yellow, and black vinyls. If you have another vector design, I may be able to do it too.

OSP is gonna be asking for lilac colored with a lavender scent.

I have plenty of safety goggles, I just forget to wear them when needed.

Yeah, I will be getting in the future. Along with some other colors. This was just the first beginner kit order for me to make sure I was capable of doing it.

yeah, i can do those as well with either the old one or the new one. We designed a new kneedown guy for the rally this year. Here is a pic from the rally shirt. I may have to make minor changes to both of them to make them easier to cut.

Same with RI and Connecticut, I had to make the borders large to get it to cut right. They got swallowed on the border map, but will be visible when I finish making the state stickers.

I got the kneedrag guy from the rally cut out in about 7" wide. I had to kill off the knee pucks cause they didn't look right, but he turned out pretty well.

If you found the vinyl wrap thats perforated, probably

its just a vinyl cutter, looks like a printer, but instead of ink, there is a blade.

post up pics, how good is the quality

The quality is so-so. The fabric is really soft and I like that, but the logo didn't take so great over the seams on the front of the hat. Why on earth they put a seam right down the middle on the front of the hat, I have no idea.

Other thing is they are not adjustable. I got a small/medium and it's an elastic band that was a little too tight on my head. I have it stretched over something right now to try and break it in without giving me an unber headache. I have no idea how big the next size up would be though. I think it was just a large/XL.

I like the look of it and you can't really notice the goofiness of logo over seams unless you look real close. I am curious how it's going to look over time.
