I think Trace will have us all beat this month but I will try to get a decent pic this month.

I have taken a few pictures with the September POTM in mind. I think I'll have one or two that may be contest worthy. :)

We are taking a rest day in Fairbanks today. The last 2 days kicked our ass.

I would enter except my bike hasn't even left the shed in over 30 days.

Yeh, that ride home sucked, I was gonna take the back roads home through MD but the rain forced me to stay on the highway. I only realized after the storm that I was riding with it instead of riding through it. If i would have waited an extra hour before I left it would have gone right over my head and I would have had clear skies. on a small side note I wasnt wearing a full compliment of rainproof gear, just the jacket which didnt help much when the rain soaked up my t-shirt.


Plus if Trace was a real man he would have downed some liquor the pee'd in his gas tank and the bike would have ran fine. But since he isnt a real man his trip from Prudho bay down to Fairbanks sucked.

But forget about the Maries. Cheaply made. The heads fall off.

No matter how hard I try, I'll never be able to get a shot like this again.

I'm left eye dominant so I can't use my left eye to look around the camera. I had to get that shot purely by the sound of the closer bike coming into the corner, as I panned with the one further away.

We are relaxing in Jackson, Wyoming today. I'll probably start looking through my pictures tonight and see if I have anything contest worthy. I think I might have one in the mix somewhere.

First time riding in weeks. Still a bit too hot... :shrug:

My entry...the Alaska Pipeline just north of the Yukon River on the Dalton Highway approximately 150 miles north of Fairbanks.

Some great pics in this bish; I have no chance but I will post up anyway. Taken yesterday, running up Blood Mountain.

I've got hundreds of better shots, from the Canadian National Series finals last weekend. I knew that I'd be getting better stuff, but I posted what I posted.

I took some pics from my ride through the southern Flint Hills yesterday....but...I'm not even gonna enter...there is no beating G-Rex's pic. That is just....AMAZING.

Great picture! Is the whole pipeline that high or was that one of the areas they raised to prevent blocking animal migration?

It actually varies. It went from that high, to even higher in some spots, to right at ground level, to below ground.

I have a picture in another spot on the Dalton where the pipeline is about 2' above ground and next to my bike.

I took this a while ago on my buddy's camera but just received a copy. Does that count?

I have been traveling so I haven't touched my bike in almost 3 weeks except for one morning commute. :(

What would it take; maybe three hours, each way, to get to Ausable Chasm? Get on that horse!

Rode Monday for the first time in nearly 2 months. Hadn't even started my bike since the end of June. Fired right up. Ran great.
