Hybrid.
If someone mentions Jesus, Buddah, The Spaghetti Monster, a priest, preacher, rabbi, etc., let it ride. If it is a full on religious debate, discussion, or flame war, it should be in the War Room. |

I don't think I've seen the people that were actually offended post anything in a while.. I say ditch it. Otherwise I like shmike's idea.

Oh, and back on topic.... get rid of it, but arguments should be war room. |
Reality is that religion generally does result in arguments, so it'll end up being more work for the mods to move stuff. I guess that viewpoint is the reason why I'm the only "keep it" voter
|
So if were allowin greligion does that mean threads like what oil or tires should I get also be allowed. Those can be just as dicey as religion or politics.

That would be "The Mothmessiah Prophecies"? Terrible movie, except for the flaying of the wings on the cross scene.

I've never use Rotella, but I've never had problems with Repsol in either of my bikes. I noticed that it made the mechanical noise a little louder in my R6 than Yamalube. |

I've been thoroughly unimpressed with every Pirelli I've ever run. They warm up slow, perform like bricks, and wear like race tires. They also have no "feel"; I can't tell when they're gonna let go, they just do. I have similar complaints with Bridgestone and Dunlop, but not to the same extreme (at least in Dunlop's case). The oil thing is mostly BS, but I prefer Rotella. I've tried Repsol, but wasn't impressed at all. Honestly, these days I'm really thinking car oil is the ticket. Oh, and one more time: Fuck Tim Tebow. |

Besides, now you can Dam us all to hell  |

Switched to Pilot powers, got ok wear (6k average) out of them, but had to replace both at the same time because the front always cupped really bad, even with about half tread left. Now, I'm on to Pirelli Angle's. So far so good, about 1200 miles on them. Decent feel, almost as much cold grip as the powers, same once they get warmed up. Just a matter of how long, and how well, they wear. For oil, I'm on to AMSOIL now, from the manufacturer brand. Shifts smoother than before, no other real noticeable changes, but I'm ok with it. |

Can we start talking about religion instead of tires, before a fight breaks out?

If you are paying more for Michelins than other brands, you're doing it wrong. My last set of Pilot Power 2CTs was like $200 for the set. I'm also a big fan of the Road2, which is a shitload cheaper than the Dunslop Roadsmart and is probably my all-time favorite street tire. |

Keep it. Some people don't like the drama... those people aren't me, but I respect their desire to avoid it.
