Mean dent in the tank.

But with some work, it could look like the one that '73 H1 Triple took a picture of at the Modern Classics show: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...3/DSC00073.jpg

I WANT! Love me some old VFRs....

Rangerscott 04-01-2013 08:45 PM

You gonna get it?

Porkchop 04-03-2013 03:05 PM

Idk. I posted this over at VFRW and as much as everybody loves the bike too, till I would go pick up the bike myself, or have it shipped... a $1000 bike just became an $1800-$2000 bike. And you can find a built running one for near that price. :idk:

Rangerscott 04-03-2013 03:32 PM

Yup. Good deals are always far away. Its the same way with samurais on my forum. The east coast and northerners always talking about getting for $800 or less. Down here, youd be very lucky to not have aome idiot want $3 for a bit to hell one.

I am real interested in the VF1000R as a second bike though. I was originally thinking a gen 3 or gen 4 750, but I've moved the other direction.

Id love to deep stroke my 5th gen. Too bad the torocharger is discontinued or something.

You should supercharge. Some of the guys over at VFRW have gen 6s that are supercharged. Totally batshit crazy...

This guy is a regular.
