Looks like the dude on the back is shifting his weight around to steer, but still scarry that someone that small ewe at the controls

I wanna know what bike that is and the red one that passed them.

I used to let my kid steer when she was pretty young. She was on the back of my bike a lot (her mom had her own). She was probably ton up by 10 or 11.
