:rant:it has been 7weeks and 4 days since I have ridden, the state of TN really needs to hurry up and get this paper work through... its a pain in the ass and i missed some good riding chances with PC this last weekened, this is Bullshit!!!!:panic:

last word is that the paper is on the final desk and is awaiting approval from the boss lady at the claims office it has been there since the 24th of this month, sitting in a stack of papers:rant:

and you'd slow down until I star harassing your boss and his boss... ect... you don't just harass at one level... you give them a reasonable amount of time to get it done... then elevate it. shit usually it's not even till you get a level or two up do you find the hold up.

so they called yesterday, they are paying out the damages on the bike and covering my costs for the car rental

they said they would not pay for loss of use, and if i didnt like it to file an appeal
