i wear a large Shoei, but this large Suomy is too small, so might work depending on what you usually wear

Suomy does run small. At least that model does. The Vandal seems to have gone back to normal type sizing.

They have to run small because Suomy is the only helmet that the XS fit me like it should and even now has gotten a little sloppy. All other brands the XS was to big to start.
