My GF Is Officially a Motorcycle Rider!!!

Well, she took her MSF this weekend and went and passed her test this morning. I took her to a vacant lot and watched her for an hour or so. We also did a short jaunt up to her work. She actually does quite well and I'm sure that she'll be okay. Of course I didn't bring either my camera or my phone but I'll be sure to take some pics for all of you hound dogs tomorrow!

Hahahahaha. That was too funny.

Congrats man.

Have you taught her your deer seeking abilities yet?

Amber Lamps 08-03-2009 09:48 PM

Hahaha! Yea she's WAY happy and she is off from school for the next 3 weeks so we have some time to get her ready to ride that Baby Ninja to school!

Oh and Kaneman, I don't know when you took MSF but according to her it would have been almost impossible to fail. She sais she was in a class of total fuck-ups that constantly put their feet down. One guy dropped the bike... twice and he still passed so...

Here's something that I don't like in a way. You take this class for 3 days and they give you a piece of paper and BANG see you later, you're a full fledged rider. No permit period or anything. It's written test and go at the DMV with a full license. I don't know if I agree with that. :idk:

My instructors told us at the end of class that we were now ready to be on the road with traffic but we were ready to put in a lot of "legal" practice in a parking lot. They stressed that 3 days was not enough to make us good riders. I had really good guys teaching my class though.

Sorry to hear that bro. You're now ready to never enjoy a group ride again, ever.

Ah yea, well she works 30+ hours a week and goes to school full time so I still have plenty of time... besides, I don't go on group rides very often and she can't be any slower in the corners than some of the guys around here!
