I'm assuming Over a Year ago...He tried to buy it then Flip it but it didnt work out for him...and hes beeing a greedy fuck and trying to get full asking price.

Thats what it says on the Listing...He did do key things to it to improve the price...but not enough to warrant gettign full asking price In todays market...There is another One We have our eyes on as well that we like...Thats why I dont understand why hes being a dick...with the amount of houses out there he should be happy we ave him an offer.
