WD40 on a towel. Cheaper, you should have it anyway, and don't spray it directly on and it won't drip on anything. Removes tape residue, bugs, other stuck on crap without hurting any paint, carbon fiber or plastic surface.
Hand degreaser without pumice on wheels makes them brilliant.
Shout will also work as a nice general cleaner and better on most parts than anything else without destroying parts.
