I heard that eating Tums (calcium) will help with the hand numbness.
I don't have too much trouble with my hands. But my right ankle/foot goes numb. I think it is because my hip flexors/hip area in general are tight and doesn't allow proper circulation to my foot. The vibration from the exhaust probably doesn't help either.
