I don't have too much trouble with my hands. But my right ankle/foot goes numb. I think it is because my hip flexors/hip area in general are tight and doesn't allow proper circulation to my foot. The vibration from the exhaust probably doesn't help either.

Wow, tums, really? Might have to try that...
Hips/hip flexors are doing a lot of work especially in spirited riding... is there a chance that your jeans/pants/whatever are a little too tight for riding? Snugly fitting jeans that may look nice standing up can be a little too tight once you're straddling a bike
