I'd hazard a somewhat educated 'guess' that you'll find the same age banded stats for cars.
And, uh,
duh that sportbikes are in the higher % - what 21 year old can afford a brand new freakin' Harley (or would want to when they can get a brand new sportbike for a fraction of the cost)? I'd wager that if Harley's were cheaper you'd see just as many crashes in that age band with Harleys. Kids like to go fast - that ain't rocket science.
