I know, right?
I think what finally convinced her was this:
"Look, we have the money. If I bought a bike and kept it somewhere without you knowing about it, you wouldn't even know the money was gone."
The only real headache is going to be parking. 2 cars and 2 bikes is going to be a tight squeeze in a 2 car garage.
