XR650R Tard?

Anyone here ridden one? What did you think? Found one I like a lot, has some very nice upgrades.

I always wanted one. It's just damn near impossible to get a plated one here. There's a local that's a member over on ADVRider that has a plated XR, and just bought a second one. He's thinking about tarding it.
