Good luck and I hope it isn't anything too bad forcing the sale - but, uh, can I point out that these two statements sorta contradict eachother:

My $.02:

Get the bike running. If it is simply a matter of installing the carbs, DO IT.

Not running = Rolling basket case.

Running = Collectors piece.
