They had a grant down at Palomar Mtn too, but it was only $100-200K, so it only lasted a year or two |

It's been crawling with cops for the past few years anyways.
I don't know why they care--it's mostly single vehicle accidents without injury. Now the drifters that go up there and take up the whole road, that's a bigger problem. |
