I see what you guys were saying a few weeks ago, right after the rally about wanting to get into touring. I am more excited for my next iron butt than my next track day. I think I'm turning into an elitest asshole now, too.

I am kinda the same way this year. I took off from doing track days (was doing close to 20 days a year the last few years) because of the house and I figured I would do some more touring with long weekend type rides and things like the rallys.

No, I'm afraid you'll turn into John.

And there are far worse people to hang around with than Brad. Trusting someone to help you ride 1000 miles says a lot for a person.

I don't consider what I do touring. Or sport touring- crazy old coots think you can sport tour on a harley...You can't get a knee down on a harley. More "extended sport riding" Kind of like a half-marathon with hurdles
