Biker Greeting
Why do some bikers greet each other and other's don't when they pass each other ? Do you only greet certain bikes, jap bikes only jap bikes or Harley's only Harley's?

I don't greet just a certain type of bike/biker. If they wave I'll wave.

I'll wave at any bike and more often than not the cruisers are the ones who don't wave back. When I had my rebel everyone waved no matter the bike.

Honestly, I'm sick of the waving thing.
Yes, I see you. You're on a motorcycle too! OMG! How fabulous! Let's wave like happy assholes! Fuck that. Go away. I was on the BMWOA site just before the rally this year. There was actually a thread about the "proper" distance from the rally site, when you could officially stop waving. I think they settled on ten miles. What, we need a fucking manual now? Assholes. Stop with the goddamn waving already, it's embarrassing. JC

Glad I stated I "acknowledge" and don't actually wave.

What the hell, it'll be a nice ride there and I'll get to wave a lot. Really, I wave when I feel like it. Don't care what you're riding. |

I'm going down the freeway the other day, and a couple on a Goldwing are coming the opposite direction. They're all decked out in their stupid-ass Frog Togs, blabbing away at each other with their stupid-ass helmety microphone head set units, headlight modulator blinking like crazy. These people are like 200 feet away, but there they were, waving their chubby little arms off. They looked like the Village People got stuck in a Hefty Bag. WTF is that? Stop it. JC

Screw that waving shit!!!
Do I know you? If I do then I'll wave to you. If I don't then why should I wave to you? Or vice versa?
