People just turn into children when they dont get their way. I hate craigslist. I hardly ever have an item sale quickly. Usually people replying if I have it, I reply back I do, then the never reply back or the low ball me, or they change their minds. I've only had two sales go quick and smooth.

I've bought and sold a ton of shit on CL... it never ceases to amaze me how difficult it is to get a hold of someone who's selling something... ignored emails, messages not returned, etc, etc... And you're right, on the other hand people will email you or call, and never come out to check out the item... then you get a message two weeks later asking if it's still available...
All that said, I love CL. Like I said, I've bought and sold a ton of shit out there... made some great deals... it just takes some patience... As for lowballers... tell them to meet you somewhere out in BFE... then go do something else. |

I sold my old ZX7 in 3 hours...It was the easiest transaction I had to date with it...But it has been a pain in the ass for me at times as well.
But thats mostly the risk you take with internet shopping on sites such as CL.

My fastest sale was 45 minutes... I bought a new couch/loveseat and put the old ones out there for $100 - they were pretty nice. Someone emailed me within 5 minutes and was at my house a half hour later... it would have been faster if we weren't bullshitting.
