I don't quite remember seeing him make it, so I dont know if he muddled it or not. To be honest, I had quite a few shots by that point. I had one or two on the cruise that were muddled until the leafs were torn up, but I dont think they were any better to be honest....

It's also not the type of glass I would use.
South Beach bartenders must be pretty jaded......they don't have to worry about satisfying locals. They probably never see the same face more than once or twice. |

That straw is ghey...
The ice should be in smaller pieces.... I also don't see enough sugar & shit sitting at the bottom of the glass. The mint should be muddled with the sugar and lime at the bottom of the glass before pouring in everything else. Oh and try experimenting with Sugar in the Raw, tho it would depend what kind of rum you're using. |
