Looks like good fun to me! Should be a good steady frame, I have always liked the way revolvers fire. If your just burning shells it seems to be a cheap but effecive means of breaking into the big leagues.

My ex wife's S&W 357 was one sweet piece. mean the gun was a sweet shooting revolver. But then again it was 3 times the price.

When you step up do you need the BMW S1000R or can you make do with a clean used ZX9?

One day I will buy a revolver... I don't think I'd ever buy a 'cheap' gun that I've never heard of. I know I've seen guys like OTB talking about having good experience with cheap guns, but even cheap guns are still substantial money (in my world)... I'd rather pay $400 for a gun vs $200, just to have the piece of mind knowing it was a higher quality weapon.

Charter Arms is what I always remembered to be the lower priced ones but I admit that I haven't looked for one in a long time.

I was lucky enough to pick up a S&W Model 638 (I think) snub nosed, Airweight with the shrouded hammer, stainless, 5-shot for the wife to have around the house for $200 from a guy that got his GF pregnant and was getting married.

EAA is a crappy brand. My buddy had one of their CZ clones in a .45, the finish was vulnerable to surface corrosion, and then part of the trigger assembly broke after only a few hundred rounds. Their customer service is terrible, he had to send it back to be repaired and it took over 7 months to get the gun back after only a simple part change. I'd warn you away from this, it's a do not buy.
