AMJ? Avatard?
Anyone else over 40?
I'm trying to remember some of the bands on an old vinyl double disk set called "Propaganda." It was a various artists charity record in the late '70s or early '80s. One of the groups on it was Ian Drury and the Blockheads ("Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick"), but I can't remember any of the others. Got anything?

Nah, man, I'm sorry, but I got nuttin'.
I took a vacation from popular music through the late 70s-80s. I was a touring pro, and listened mostly to progressive Rock, and progressive Jazz. Turns out, I couldn't have picked a better time to be absent from popular music.

Well this was some of the better stuff. I guess I'll have to dig in some boxes when I get home, and see if I can turn it up.
*EDIT* Now I remember what it was for though. It was a benefit for the People of Kampuchea. DAMMIT! That was what I nneded to remember!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concert...e_of_Kampuchea I think that I was mixing up two different albums.
