Here's a decent price on the GoPro. I have dealt with Cycle Sector several times and have had a decent experience with them. If you have been on the fence about GoPro, this should send you over the edge!

Key points in my mind,
Rechargeable battery- lithium ion gets expensive
Takes a car charger or can be wired to the bike
Better video quality
Better sound quality
I didn't like "fish eye"/wide lense, I'll like 16x9 HD format much better!
Accepts 32G SD card which allows you to record up to about 9 hours. I'll probably just use a 8G or whatever for the $$$
Records at 60fps in 720p
Besides, bottom line is this bitch costs only $30 more than the "wide" does at this point!!!
