Sounds like a good idea, because in this economy people are more concerned about "what if I lose my job" rather than "can I cut $1-2K off the price"

That's some interesting marketing. Almost enough to make you feel like they're actually looking out for you.
There are some concerning loopholes though, with them using trade-in value +$XX to determine how much of your loan they will pay off. They've definitely left themselves some leeway in there. |
