Default First time dirt rider here.

Been riding street for 15 years now and figured it was time to give trail riding a shot. Here in NW Florida we have a lot of woodlands and trails.

After a bunch of research the bike for me was a Suzi DR350. I found this 98 with 7k on the clock. Owner said it was a clean title (it wasn't) and had new sprocket, chain, and pads (none of which were new). But, I'd driven 300 miles the day before my vacation to get it, and dammit, I got it.

The title is all sorted and I got plates for it. Taken it out this weekend to break her in.

welcome to the dark side. You can be a true hooligan in the dirt.

Dual sporting is a riot.

Have you met any of the Pensacola area riders from ADV? I met a few of them when I was down there on business and they seemed like a good bunch of guys. I'm sure they'd be able to show you around the trails down there.

Yeah, I know. I didn't realize you were in P'cola when I was down there for business or I would have looked you up. I was pretty bored for an entire week.

Here's some pics of me with Mugwest, Forest, etc, etc . . . http://www.advrider.com/forums/showp...postcount=2711
