The Slip-On Thread
Alright, time for a little slip on madness.
What slip-on/system is on your current bike? What slip-ons/systems have you used in the past? What pipe do you think sounds the best? What pipe do you think sounds like crap? Soooo, I have a Yosh, RS3 I believe. It came on the bike. Not too bad. I've honestly liked the sound of D&D pipes in the past. Not a big fan of Two Brothers pipes.

I've got a Hindle full system on my R1. I like the sound of it a ton, but wish it was louder.
How much louder would it get by cutting it down? |

I have a Yosh...race version. It was on my bike when I bought it. If it were my choice I would not have one that loud but I am not going to spend the $$$ to change it.

exhausts systems vary from bike to bike as far as sound and performance... one brand will sound and perform different on different motors and brands.
that being said... I'm gonna go with the Akro Hex slipon... as Trip's already done the research for me... and I like the sound and fit of his. gonna order it when I get back from San Antonio |

VTX has Vance and Hines long shots and I really like the sound of them.
The RC has stock headers with Scorpion mids and cans. This one will be getting a full titanium system from K-factory upon my return to Japan. Can I add that I love the sound of a twin?

Mine has had a yoshi pipe on it since the day I bought it. Like the sound, just dont like the dents in it from when I dropped the bike.
