Protein question?
Can I use a protein powder for the protein requirements in my diet?
Sometimes when I don't have time for a meal, I fire up the ol' Magic Bullet and make a shake. I've started adding a scoop of Whey Protein to that shake but I wonder if it's enough. Anyone? |

Protein bars are more expensive than a smoothie.
In my smoothie I put fruit, yogurt, a bit of juice, and protein powder. Sometimes I have a green smoothie with spinach and avocado. Plus I already have the protein (bought it a month ago before I was laid off) so I feel I need to get some use out of it. I still get my lean protein at dinner. |

You people are crass, crude, disrespectful, perverted, disgusting individuals. Shame on you for making fun of CrazyKell's innocent question. Shame, shame, shame.
Anyway, Kell, my milkshake is better than theirs anyway. Guaranteed fulfillment or money back.
