Default Fvck AMA and Fvck DMG

That's it, I'm not watching that shit anymore. I can't take it. The DSB class blows.

DMG has completely fucked up that series. I know this isn't a new concept as many of you had posted you distaste for them already.

DMG is doing everything they can to GIVE the championship to Buell in the DSB class. I know I'm beating a dead horse with this, but first off they are allowing a bike with nearly twice the CC's to compete in the same class. That's like letting a 3.0L Ford race a 5.7L Chevy. Secondly they give them a running start where the Buell is already in it's peak torque range at the drop of the green flag... NO shit it's going to jump out front. It's fucking ridiculous.

I have nothing against Buell, they are putting together a great race team and are taking advantage of the rules that DMG allows them. Buell is doing nothing wrong, but DMG sure is. I'm done with that fucking series. I'll still watch the AMA SBK races though. I can't wait to see the 1125RR in action in SBK.

While I root for the Buell I understand the frustration. DMG has really fucked up racing.

I haven't watched a single AMA race this year unless I attended (Daytona).

Want some more fuel for the fire?

That video is hilarious! I actually agree with Page. Unfortunately for him he's "nobody" as Al is explaining to him, so he doesn't count.

I haven't watched any AMA races in the last 3-4 years.

They were going downhill before DMG bought them.

That's true but at least the race schedule and the TV schedule were almost aligned.

Almost.

I say adopt WSBK rules. Run 2 classes and make the rules stick for seasons ata time. Control tire and all. That is the only way to attract team owners not associated with manufacturers factory rides, then the crowds will come back, sponsors will see a benefit and return, and talent will develop

I think there is a control tire... I agree on every other count though. You know what I'd like to see? A stock class... run what ya can buy off the showroom floor, no mods other than safety and adjustments to the stock equipement. That will separate the men from the boys! Oh and no "cheater bikes", whether they be R1 LE's or Buell RRs. If they want to limit that, the easy way would be to put a price restriction on the bikes, say under $15,000 retail. No other restrictions. That should allow every manufacturer into the game! Busas vs Super Dukes and anything in between!

There are some claims that the 600 riders are being "endangered" because they are being forced to overide their machines to keep up with the Buell. I don't agree with that necessarily. There is also talk that the other race teams are flirting with the reliability of their bikes to try and gain horsepower to be able to keep up. I agree it's a problem. I like the diversity of the class but on the other hand it does seem contrived...
