It's supposed to clean out your sinuses. I've seen them at health food stores or I'm sure you could find one online. However, there is a school of thought that they are not particularly good, so do your research. |

Yes it works - it's weird, but it works. For me, when it's really bad I do it three times a day. The trick is to tilt your head and activly breathe through your mouth. Like, look like a open mouth bass and focus on breathing.

You can get cheap plastic ones at CVS (or other pharmacies) for about $15 or so. May be cheaper than that, not sure. Make sure you pick up some distilled water. Have fun. I hate the damn thing and don't use it, but my allergies kill me too. I finally said fuck it and just live with em.

I flush with a glass warm water, a pinch of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt for the nose and a glass that is 1/5 filled with vinegar, rest of it with warm water, teaspoon or so of salt and gargle that.
Works well for me. |

I have on but only use it when I'm sick. I can't remember to use it othewise. I could see how it would be great at getting the pollen out of your nose! No baking soda or vinegar for me though, just a tiny bit of kosher salt.
