Default Galaxy Tab

Playing with a Galaxy tab here at Best Buy... Kinda cool. I like it better than my boss' I pad for typing but I think that my phone is faster.

Its too expensive IMO. Also, Froyo isnt made for a tablet so I wouldnt buy one until 3.0 is out.

Complete agreement. US Cellular has it for less with a contract but I would still hesitate. It's way too slow... I'm waiting for a HTC version on 3.0 for about $200 with a contract.

I hate that theyre treating tablets like cell phones with the contract business.

A contract for every single device is BS. Just like having to pay for state stickers for every vehicle instead of the person. I can't ride both my bikes at the same time.

Exactly. If I have a Verizon data plan on my phone I should be able to use that plan with a tablet too. Even if they charge a monthly device fee like cable does when you get a second cable box.

What's worse is having to pay tax on a used car. They already got tax when the car was new, so why do they deserve it again?
