I love that vid, that's the turkish racer right? Read about him in Road Racer X.

Micheal Schumacher had a great quote about wet weather track work, he was referring to F1 cars but it holds true to bikes.
"When I'm driving the car on limit, all four wheels are talking to me, telling me their grip, their balance, everything. When it's wet, they whisper."
