won't happen. Anyone with any kind of celebrity status ends up in solitary.

He'll be a super star in there....and have it far better than most others. Here to hoping he does not get shanked and has to tough it out for the full term, dropping dead the day of his release.....with any luck

wonder if his appeal will be filed tomorrow....
15 years seems a bit "rough" considering people murder others and dont even get that. |

And how many people that get charged with 1st degree murder do you know that get 15 years? Is it possible, yes. Does it happen, next to never. The only time people kill others and get out that early are if its a lesser charge than 1st degree homicide, such as involuntary manslaughter, vehicular homicide, etc. If you dont believe me, go kill someone, get caught and see how long youre in for. |

However, please note - I said nothing about "first degree murder." Frankly, I think simpson will appeal under the premise that he was unfairly sentenced because of a judgement of killing his ex-wife. It seems harsh for going in and waving a gun around.... etc... With that said - I hope he gets assfucked and killed in jail.... mainly because he sat in florida playing golf avoiding his liability to his ex-wifes wrongful death claims. |

Im sure he will appeal, but my guess is it wont do him any good. According to the actual definition of kidnapping, he was guilty of that and it wont do him any good to say he got sentenced unfairly. He'll probably try, but that was a perfectly legal sentence. And Im definitely with you on that, but just ask him, hes out looking for his wife's murderer everyday... |
