What does a guy on a million ton aircraft carrier need to hide from?
(yes, I know sailors perform many jobs that don't involve being shipborne, but it was just funny to me)

Whatever it is, apparently the only place to hide from it will be in a group of cops.

They already do- saw a pair the other day. They actually aren't too bad. I still prefer my DCUs to just about everything, though.

Just give me insulated blue coveralls for the winter, unlined for the summer. Black boots and no hat. Name, rank, and service component. The maintenance badge is irrelevant as coveralls are only for mechanics. The fuckers in the chow hall get there own special uniform so that they look like they're professionals. What does a professional wrench wear? Fucking coveralls. Add the fact that a single set of coveralls costs about $20; ABU pants, top, and hat alone cost about $100 before you get all the shit sewn on.

Guess that's what happens when you are at 130% strength, even with the 25% overstrength allowance. Quote:
Yeah... they make us wear coveralls so we can keep our ACU's all pretty for formations. |
