Kennedy isn't exactly what I'd call a personal hero or anything, but I tend to call bullshit when I see it. Really throws people when I'm arguing a point of law and shoot down someone who has made a statement supporting my argument.

Yes the authors use Kengor as one of their sources, but he is far from the only source on which the authors rely. The I am also aware that the National Review is a conservative publication.
