That's what I'm saying, The bar flexes easily at that 315 so at 740, I can see a permanent bend happening. When I dead lift at 405 I could feel the bar flexing. That was back in HS though I don't dead lift anymore either.

I hate squatting so much...I know it's important but I just hate the movement and the way I can't move for two days afterward. The fact that I can't seem to make any real gains doesn't help.

I honestly havent counted.
740 DL, 585 was my best squat for one, and 480 was my best bench for 1 rep. 1805lbs. Was still a ways away. If I could throw in my 360*1 military press, i'd be over! lol. Threads like this make me want to be a pin cushion again, sooooooo badly!
