He works offshore - on the bridge of a semi-submersible that is on the trek from Singapore to the Gulf of Mexico. Right now, he is on the way to Madagascar where he will pick up the vessel, take it around Africa and go as far as Trinidad. That trip should take about 46 days.
He's usually at work for 28-days then home for 28... but this is a special circumstance. Have beer... mmmmmmmmm

I tried to go have fun tonight. A local dealership lured us fiddy riders to it expecting a time trials event for us to put on our display of craziness (they told us we weren't allowed to race for liability reasons, we were ok with that), but when we got there they said we had to use their bike (pw50 with knobbies) and the course was tiny and was designed to not allow you to get above like 5 mph. Then the event was a total squid/poser bike night fest, so we hauled ass to another parking lot and raced for a little while on our own terms. Bastards....
