Mine are heavy and pretty hard soled on the inside. Probably need some comfort soles, gellin like a felon, but they are pretty much like walking barefoot on concrete with weights strapped to the top of them.

I've been doing a run/walk program for a little while now. I'm only running at about an 8 minute/mile pace in the running portions, though. Doing about 2.6 miles over a 30 minute period. Today's program was walk 5 minutes, run 10, walk 5, run 5, walk 5. I haven't been doing this consistently and some weeks I take more days off between runs than others. But I suppose it's better than sitting on my ass all the time.

Friday I went to the gym and did an arm workout, plus I did a leg workout. Then lost my mind and went to Citadel Hill and did some hill sprints and a short run along the base of the hill. It was great that they cut the grass just that day and I have allergies. So doing the three sprints up the hill, after a leg workout and with the fresh cut grass, I was proud of my effort.
BTW I wore my Fivefingers to Costco and Walmart yesterday. James
