Work during the day NYE, take a nap in the evening, no clue that night, go get kiddos at airport on New Years Day. Luckily, I don't have to pick them up until almost 4pm, so I can sleep in if need be.

Going to my SIL's house to eat and drink myself stupid. I'll probably lose a few bucks to my BIL's playing poker.
If I'm lucky, my daughter will fall asleep early so I'll have plenty of time to get my drink on. Wife is prego, so I'm covered with the DD.
