In similar, but unrelated news, a group of vigilantes in Bumblescum, shitville, have captured and turned in a Nigerian goat. The drunken posse claimed that they apprehended the hairy beast after it "scammed" them out of their "moonshine money" on the "web tubes"

No, I think that the mob was formed of witches and they turned the goat/thief into police. If you've got the chance, you can always use another cop.
